We build small software for people who work weekends.

Rodriguez Wealth Management, LLC is a one-person software company in South Jersey. We make Open House — a free open-house sign-in sheet and small CRM for real estate agents. This is also the home base for everything else I run, so you can find all of it in one place.

What I build for others

Dashboards and websites, made to order

The same tools I build for my own businesses, built for yours.

Custom agent dashboards

One screen for the way you actually work: your leads, your follow-ups, your listings and your deadlines, pulled together and sorted for you. Built around your business, not a template.

  • Lead and follow-up tracking
  • Open house and listing activity in one view
  • AI that sorts and flags what needs you today
  • Your data stays yours, with export any time

  • Designed around your brand, from scratch
  • Search-ready pages and Google business data
  • Cookie consent done right
  • Hosting with no monthly site-builder fees

Who is behind it

Nicholas Rodriguez Jr.

Real estate agent licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and the one person behind Rodriguez Wealth Management. I build the tools I wish I had at my own open houses, and I read every message that comes through this page myself.

The product

What Open House is

A printed open house QR sign-in poster being scanned with a phone
01

A sign-in sheet that works at the door

Print a QR poster. Guests scan it with their own phone — nothing to download, no account to make. Run it on a tablet and it keeps taking sign-ins when the Wi-Fi drops.

02

It sorts the room while you shake hands

Every answer maps onto a real contact field. A buyer moving in the next three months who says outright they have no agent is flagged the second they submit. Skip a question and it records "not answered" — never "no".

One agent, one database

Each agent gets their own copy with its own database. Nobody else's clients are in it, and yours are not in anyone else's. Export the whole list to a spreadsheet whenever you want.
