Texting Terms
Effective October 19, 2026.
What you'll get
Rodriguez Wealth Management, LLC sends texts about a request you made: answers to your questions, your video audit or quote, and scheduling a call. We never send ads or promotions by text.
Who gets texts
Only people who called us or opted in, for example by ticking the texting box on our request form. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything.
When
Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm Eastern. Never on Sunday.
How often
Message frequency varies with your request. Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop or get help
Reply STOP at any time and you'll get one message confirming you're unsubscribed, then nothing more. STOP always works. Reply HELP for help, or email casanovaforsale@gmail.com or call 724-968-8824.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your number and your consent are never shared or sold for marketing. See our Privacy policy.
